RGE is offering a franchisee in Abacus, Vedic Maths, Handwriting, Calligraphy to interested organization/ individuals who are willing start their own business with us in their own city or town.
Franchisee Appointment:
The interested person/ organization shall fill the franchisee form formalities online or through offline from head office.
The head office will appoint franchisee after the fulfillment all the required formalities and payment clearance. The franchisee appointment will be at the city level. Before allocation of franchisee the company will decide area operation on the following conditions:-
1. The population strength of city/ town. The franchisee allocation no.’s may vary for Metropolitan cities or densely populated cities.
2. The potential of business growth for the center as well as for the company.
Infrastructure:
The individual or organization for start up of center shall have the followings:-
1. Approx 200-250 sq. ft. of total area for centre operation.
2. Proportionate student desk or chairs in class rooms.
3. Class room abacus tools and Student abacus kits.
4. Basic amenities like drinking water, urinals, etc for kids.
5. Office accessories for record and registers.
Requirement from franchisee Individuals/ Organization/ Institutions:
1. Must be able to understand the business operation with its objectives for kids.
2. Shall have the knowledge of operating area.
3. Good interaction with people of that area and able to direct interface to the people.
4. Hardworking and interested to impart business development role.
5. Able to counsel the parents for their kids according the child psychology.
6. Able to conduct classes and interactive with kids.
7. Good communication skill.
8. If individual then he must be graduate in any stream from govt. recognized university and trained educational background would be an added advantage.
9. Good office management skills, like timely fees collection from kids and timely payment of purchased course materials student kits, books and other accessories required time to time to the company.
